Hopefully Just Bloated...

I'm frustrated. I feel like I am bloated beyond belief. I drank my water, and none of it is coming out of me what-so-ever. I know tomorrow's weigh-in is not going to be accurate, but I will weigh in for consistency. I weighed myself Saturday at the gym and I was 291.5, but my official weigh-in isn't until tomorrow. I think my sodium and fiber intake is a bit higher than usual, which would help explain being bloated. It's not even close enough to that time of month for that to be a factor (unless I'm going to get my cycle early). Argh...the scale is going to frustrate me tomorrow; it already is.

It is what it is.

Just remember though that our bodies don't always cooperate and that it may not come off this week but it will the following. Don't stress over it! I am sure it will be fine.

Oh man, too true. Sometimes the science of weight loss is so baffling. Focus on all the good exercise you're doing your heart, and the nutrition you're eating - sometimes the scale is just annoying. You are doing so well!

Trust your body. If you're doing what you should be doing, it will catch up! Never mind what the scale says.

you are right..it is what it is. its not the end of the world.

and I say this for myself too..because I was up today and I also think part of it relates to water and bloat.

and now know what to concentrate on in the next few days.
