Conference Inspiration
Two days ago, the keynote speaker of the conference I'm attending said something very inspiring - "The healthy choice should be the default choice." This got me thinking. Not only should businesses be only serving 90% healthy options, in my opinion, since temptations are too hard sometimes, but this should be everyone's mindset no matter what options are in front of them. From food, to physical activity, to the products that are bought, to where you live... The healthy option will be the only option for me.
